Hint: if you answered "never, you are completely insane," you are just one of the soapy-brained sheeple wandering around life oppressed by History and Tyranny and Rules. If we give everyone the right to blow away anybody who violates their rights, just think of the money we could save on courts and lawyers. That episode down in Arkansas, for instance, could have been settled simply by killing off the city council. Presto, problem solved.
