Keep wanting to say the Australian Ballot is in danger but guessing many readers will think it's about Kangaroos.

Unbelievable and disgusting. I suspect at some point the subhuman Republican animals will try to do away with the Anonymous Vote. PS: As a kid in Junior High (in the 1870's) we were told anonymous voting was called the "Australian Ballot" but can't find a reference so maybe I was in my lead gasoline fumes period.

Yes, they tried to pretend that "Intelligent Design" wasn't just rebranded creationism but the opposition presented hard evidence that the liars had literally done a word search and replacement of "creationism" with "Intelligent Design" in their official documents.

I'd tell the person calling that their mothers should have aborted them, and hung up the phone.

OR

I'm sure that even liberals in S Dakota are armed. Come to my house, personally.

"Let's you and me and my big ol' shotgun have a talk. Why, of course it's loaded, why do you ask? What is the good of an unloaded shotgun?"

It's an actual post birth abortion.

With votes. Big booming votes.

It may sound like a joke, but I meant "pro-life" doesn't have to mean "anti-abortion". I believe you can actually be pro-life and pro-choice. In fact, as we've seen in the states that have outlawed abortion, life is a secondary consideration. Pro-choice is the pro-life option. Anti-abortion isn't pro-anything.

'Pro-life' was a marketing term, thought up by the ant-abortion extremists, they love war, executions, and starving children once they exit the birth canal. They want to trash our shared planet, to make their mythic deity return. They are not, and have never been "pro-life."

<<Hansen also claims that people were tricked into signing the petition by being told that it was to eliminate the sales tax on groceries, which seems fairly unlikely.>>

That's a claim that can be tested using exactly the same process that verifies the 700 signatures. You simply ask them, "did you at any time believe the petition about abortion that you signed was about tax on groceries instead?" My guess is the answers will range from "ha ha, no" through simply "no" all the way to "fuck no."
