He doesn't want to know how many people have it now, even when the experts say "we can't leave lockdown unless we know!" He's got a good feeling about "reopening." Sunlight will fix it. Nobody's died in hot, humid places, like Florida, Georgia, or Louisiana! Viruses and diseases don't like all that sun and humidity, you know; that's why those areas have always been the safest, least disease-ridden places around, and it's why people like going there, because it's so safe!

I’m betting that every time someone suggests invoking DPA, Mnuchin, Kudlow, or some other corporate shill shoots it down because huuuurts business.
