No one bids on vinyl, unless it's another collector. And, even if it is a collector you can talk to each other before bidding and split the collection real cheap.
My BFF collects that way. He might have the world's largest collection of Little Marcy albums, all of which I documented for him. Plus he trades with other collectors of weird and wonderful stuff, specialising in the truly awful vinyl one finds in the Christianist music business.

Also, I'm currently reading "That Time I was Reincarnated as a Slime", another "ordinary Japanese is reincarnated in a fantasy world" story. It's also very entertaining, but with a lot less explosions (so far).
I fear the next Civil War but I fully expect it. Being unarmed and untrained in a Civil War that will not be fought on battlefields but in the streets is just stupid beyond belief, IMO.
We've had open carry in NM ever since Territorial days and it's never been a problem here. ALL kinds of firearms may be carried almost anywhere except bars, churches, government buildings and private property where the owner objects.
True. When I mentioned the trench gun I was thinking of other features, like slam firing.
They moved into the suburbs to be safe. Can't discharge a fire arm within 300 yards of a residency.
So rather than getting shot they migrate and mate in playgrounds and big back yards.
