California governor and accident-prone gal groper Arnold Schwarzenegger broke his leg skiing in Idaho and is having a bunch of metal screwed into his "right femur" today.

During his two unconscious hours on the operating table, Arnold won't be acting governor. Instead, Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante will be pretend chief executive of the world's fifth largest economy for 120 precious minutes. Enjoy it, Cruz! Put out a proclamation calling Ahnold a Nazi or something crazy like that! Carpe Diem!
