Can there be any doubt that this is all a distraction to palliate all the billionaire donors and corporatists into thinking that billions are being saved to give them a massive tax break while billions are being diverted into the crypto accounts of Elon, Donald, and the Muskrats.
Why do we even characterize these cuts as savings? If I build an airplane, but don't pay for the tires, I haven't saved anything, in fact I just created a huge non-performing asset. Where is that on the balance sheet, eh Elmo?
