We have a choice of 7 haulers in our suburb; 9 if you are a commercial sight. Honestly, we're really not big enough for that many. I supposed the idea is that competition will bring the price down but they’re all actually more than when I lived in the suburb a mile East that had only one choice. Monday is the pickup day and various trash trucks are all over the streets. Imagine the exhaust reduction from having just one hauler.

IT'S A TRASHBAG, NOT A CHOICE!

We have the same arrangement. I would be perfectly happy to throw someone a few dollars a month to pick up the trash.

From the article: "Fountain Hills is home to two tea-party groups - <i>Fountain Hills Tea Party and Fountain Hills Tea Party Patriots.</i>"

Judean People's Front?

I just figured out a way to start getting story tips to run...I'll just follow the Arizona and Nevada papers all the time. Can't go wrong with 24/7 crazy.

They should also get rid of their other government run socialist services. Let each resident choose his or her own police department, fire department, restaurant inspectors, etc.

“When ideology prevents rational discussion…”

That pretty much sums up this last election. These next two years are going to be painful and a little bit stinky.

<i>Teabaggers from Arizona are a special breed</i>

As in "Special" Olympics, no doubt.
