Well except that's a lie as well (I know, hard to believe). His insurance company did mail him the info months in advance. He's just lying about not being advised of it because he's a pustule shaped "human."

One way you can whipsawed is when your state, like say, oh just to mention a state I know a little something about, Florida, has refused to expand Medicare for reasons of sound fiscal policy out of spite and Teabaggery.
