What does Abbott expect Biden to do? He outlawed every possible safety measure one could take. monoclonal antibodies aren't a magic cure. Do they even work against omicron? Rapid tests are useful if you are wiling to take the test and they quarantine. Who the hell is going to refuse a vaccination, howl about masks, but definitely test and self-quarantine?
