yep. when we moved to the DFW burbs, I had a look at the district map of the area, and it's a gerrymandered nightmare. less familiar with Austin, but I remember the shit show after the 2010 census when they kicked the racist redistricting into overdrive.
problem is the only poll that matters was last november and that poll showed that 46% of texans thought joe biden should be president, but 52% thought donald trump should.
it's still damn close because they are polling likely voters. all the shiny new youth voters that got engaged last general (up 600% from the previous presidential before the end of early voting) who are not yet considered "likely voters" and Voter ID being fucking stupid, there's probably a lot more people who favor Joe Biden.
She probably won't do THAT ever again!
But Evan, what is Ted Cruz's approval rating in Cancun? That's the important question.
If she had just complied...
Speaking as a lifelong Cubs fan...we don't ignore their faults and flaws, we love them despite it all. Not the same thing. I swear!
And yet if he doesn't get the GOP nod for president in 2024 he'll run for his third Senate term then. He is such an asshole.
I hope this bring help to people who have longed needed it.
That's my plan.
Prolly sucks there too, ’cuz you just know he’s a lousy tipper.
Texas is much closer to being purple or blue than people realize, or the newses care to admit, but it's also gerrymandered to all hell.
If not for ratfucking efforts against cities like Dallas and Austin it might have gone blue in the last election.

He demonstrated that on SN back during the 1988 election.
