The McClatchy data isn't accurate. The problem is the Republicans don't know who they want for El Jefe. When you compare Republicans to Democrats, President Obama leads for Democrats. But looking at the total number donor dollars, a lot of money is going to the Red candidates: <a href="http:\/\/www.texastribune.org\/texas-politics\/2012-presidential-election\/tracking-money-presidential-campaigns-and-texas\/" target="_blank">" rel="nofollow noopener" title="http://www.texastribune.org/texas-politics/2012-p...">http://www.texastribune.org...

The arithmetic is $1.4m to Obama, $2.6m to Repubicans. I don't think Texans have switched teams. Though it's good to know where the job creators are sending their job creatin' money.
