The Bush System of Fundraising

Yesterday's WP contained an astonishing chart, partially reproduced here:

We applaud the WP going through so much trouble to illustrate the power and influence of the most successful Bush-Cheney fundraisers, though we're not sure they needed to go into such detail. There are simpler ways of showing the effect of this system on voters, but, as a family paper, they probably couldn't show an average citizen getting reamed.
