Hey if Trump wins by ten points then I guess we just admit the country is screwed but I don’t buy that pull for a second.

Waaaaay back in the 80s, a hook up decided to share the details with all his mates, and one attempted to slut shame me. Fronted up to the bar where I was working with his grinning Crew behind him, and loudly declaimed "So, I hear you give really good (sex act)". My good angel took over my mouth and replied "Fuckin' oath I do".

I have never seen a man more taken aback in my life. It was GLORIOUS. And no one tried anything similar on me again.

Moral of the story: it's hard to shame you for stuff you aren't ashamed of.

There is some straight sexist bs happening here. It all boils down to this: A woman automatically becomes a whore the first time she has sex, even if it’s non consensual. But men? Men become heroes.

Trump fucks a porn star while his pregnant wife is on bed rest? That’s just Living the Dream. Grab Them by the P----? Living the Dream!

Woman has sex with her husband for money from strangers? Jezebel! Tart! Slut!

Sex Work is work. Period. Whore is just another word meant to denigrate and humiliate people, to punish them, to Other them.

Well, it says they asked for “tips”. Is that like a gratuity? Or just helpful advice? I mean, if you want to get better at something…

I think she should own it and take the, "and what?" It was consensual, posted with her knowledge for money; so what? I know porn actors, only fans content posters, strippers, they all have regular lives and it is just work. I have toyed with having an Only Fans page myself for extra money; but I suck at video production and editing. I also don't really worry about it affecting my private practice as a therapist; they went looking and that is about them, not me.

Own it! Revel in it! DO NOT react the way MTG will surely whine, (maybe 'moan and groan') when her sex tapes hit the interwebs......

Running for office is for adults. If you were grown up enough to grab the KY and grind your nasty bits on camera and then post it, you better be ready to accept what comes next. The internet NEVER forgets......

And who gives a shit about this? She is not being beatified FFS.....

One a side note......what is the over/under on the number of times the 'Republican operative' and the Washington Post stenographer/journalist watched the video? You know.....for 'research'......

What's her new Campaign Slogan? “Y’all can watch me pee if you tip me and some tokens."

I trust her with our military secrets, no price China could find.

Also, wasn't she technically sexually harassing the hotel workers, she surprised with her nudity.

Well done. Your research gets a series of short upfist pumps followed by a black power salute.

Didn’t keep Cicciolina out of the Italian parliament. She embraced it. Saucy nudes didn’t stop Melanie from trashing the Rose Garden. The whining is much worse than the act.

I never comment. But I’ll comment this one time. Rebecca is absolutely right, in my view. This is 2023. Make the prudes double down on their prudishness. Make them own it.

When I run for office, I hope no one digs up all my non-comments.

Seriously, tho, I have noticed this expectation of privacy among a lot of younger people. They think if they're cavorting in a lesser known corner of the internet, then it's some kinds of violation if someone they were hoping to avoid finds them there. Back in my day, I was warned that a photographer never throws away a negative. I can't imagine a 70s pron actor not understanding that someone will find that VHS some day. It's not just about being sex positive, it's about having a certain amount of personal responsibility for the stuff you barf all over the interwebs.

Unfortunately, it's long been the case that running for or holding high public office (Congress on up) obliterates a person's privacy. It shouldn't, but it does, and candidates with common sense should factor that into their lives once they realize they're interested in political office. That said, I'm with Rebecca: the response here should be "Yeah, so what?"

I would never market my sex life for money, mostly because I'm not really that good at it and noone needs to see my fat, hairy ass flailing its way to glory. I respect anyone who has the skills to get paid.
