I have to admit to myself that my disconnect with what is going on in politics is really bad right now. I remember my grief when Bush took office in 2000 and 2004. Mainly because most of my apprehensions about what would happen became true. (needless war, deterioration of the integrity of government). I think what happened is that up until this presidential election I tried to relate to my fellow Americans that supported Trump and figured they would come to their senses. Trump is not presidential material. He didn't and won't be able to accomplish anything because he is the wrong kind of person to get it done. Right-wingers needed someone that had the smarts and the political prowess to achieve their agenda. Instead they get someone who is wasting everyone's time wanting to rename the Gulf of Mexico.
I fought hard to expose this dangerously incompetent individual. And now he is President. I just can't anymore. I will still visit my beloved blogs but I am abstaining from politics. I have my own goals to pursue and will just have to navigate through this right wing world of hell.
I'm kind of more than a little pzzed off at the fella's over at Meidas Touch. For the last few weeks, they were claiming people should avoid watching the ....ahem, Orange guy thing and any events related to it. I intently watched MotorWeek, Billiards and Poker all day today. Then I started getting news feed "updates" from Meidas Touch about things happening or being said at The excessively small Moron Party event. WTF fella's?????? Ya just NEEDED the click-bait, didn't cha? Fuckin Traitors!
Anyway, the warning from Trix and Dok were technically yesterday on Monday, as I even stayed away from all news related to "Swamp Monster and his glorify me" shit.
We can only hope the ghost of William Henry Harrison arranges for a case of the flu.
