Over the weekend we processed and made sausages from deer. 280# of finished product. We do the classic farm sausage smoked. A really great jalapeño cheddar brat. Potato sausage. I tried a couple different things this year. A maple bacon breakfast link. A new summer sausage mix that is really good and I had smoked a bunch of peppers this fall that I put in an Italian ring sausage. Everything went well. My freezer is full again and my liver needs a rest.
Sounds delish, I’d like that potato sausage recipe. We bought a new grinder this year and it has all the attachments. It is huge and heavy but man it was so fast! We mostly just cut ours with pork trimmings and do a double grind, although I’ve saved some for jerky now that I have a dehydrator and space to use it.
My BFF who still lives in Sandy Springs (I escaped Gwinnett in 2017) said that having to side with the dude who rigged his OWN election just puts paid to 2020.
