The District's Photo Radar Finish
The new radar camera near the entrance of Gallaudet University is set to rake in up to $120,000 a day into the District's coffers, according the WT. For those keeping score, that would buy about 5,400 Brita filters. What lead poisoning problem, right?
Knowing DC, however, they'll probably just put the money toward more radar cameras. Or maybe they'll just build a bigger DMV.
