I think that's great. Only I think kids are already challenged just to get up in the morning-- don't you agree? I think it's because childhood lasts too long and they don't have ways to feel competent, when they're really old enough to do a lot of things besides just be in high school. (That's my theory). Except for kids on farms, of course-- they know they're helping the family. I still think your son needs to know you don't begrudge him whatever he wants to know and don't expect him to admire you, just because you're his dad. Cause that's a dead end, I'm pretty sure. Thx

No, sorry, I don't agree that children are challenged by getting up. I do agree that childhood lasts too long, but that is our fault, not that of the children. I don't begrudge my son access to knowledge. He merely has no right to all info about me.Semper fi
