We asked DCist.com transit columnist Colin "Hannibal" Peppard his expert opinion on Metro sex:

You might think that rush hour would be the worst time to receive fellatio on the Metro, but that's just not true. The cars are so packed that no one really notices errant sexual acts, despite the Metro Voice warning you to "See something? Say something!" The Orange Line is probably your best bet, since it carries the most Hill staffers who have been helping to screw people all day anyway, and are too exhausted to care about one more.
