Oh, Christians are dying. But aren't you aware that it's because of teh Jooooz?!?!

Christians also blamed them for the Black Death in the late 14th century. The more things change...

I wish. I don't know how we're going to manage. It's scary.

Yep. We've lost a lot of money due to trying to give renters a break, letting them "we'll pay in a couple of weeks" which never comes. We've had houses trashed. We had one jackass take one of our horses and bring him into the empty house and leave him overnight hoping, I guess, he'd wreck it (he didn't, and thank god didn't hurt himself, he just chilled out waiting for someone to find him). We have stories.

He should've stayed at Sinclair community college long enough to graduate, instead of just "studied" there

Actually that letter was perfectly within in its original form. It said exactly and clearly what it meant and that is the goal of communication. 'Say what you mean, mean what you say'.

Landlords are on the hook for a lot of essential services that they can't suspend during the pandemic.

If it's OK for landlords to expect their tenants to have several months of expenses saved, then it's sure as fuck OK for society to expect landlords to do the same. Fuck 'em.

Pull out the outlets and switch plates and force tuna/sardines/cat food into the wall through them. Pour plaster of Paris or quikset cement down the drains.

That one most likely came from China.
