One of the elementary schools in my county, the one in the center of vegetable-growing country here, is probably 50 percent Latino.

As someone who's never had a kid but paid school taxes for years, I have no problem with my tax dollars going to educated those kids.

Fuck these dickless assholes with a flaming cactus that's on fire.

My letter to Senator Tillis just now:

In the US. Concentration camp holding pens (AGAIN!) to detain immigrants and naturalized citizens. And sending them off to countries not their own. SO SPRINGTIME FOR HITLER - The wannabe Hitler and his Nazi goon, Stephen Miller. This is no longer America.

If you cared about your nation and the people you would actually do something about this instead of merely giving talks about how you disagree.(You and the other losers, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski) You are as much as a coward as your comrade, Ted Budd and the rest of the Republican Party. My father went to war in 1940 to fight the Nazi War machine, I believe you would have joined the Brownshirts.

I am a constituent and am glad you are not running for Congress again. Leave early so we can get a patriot in your place, Please!

Imagine how much worse RFK Jr would be if his brainworm had not consumed such a substantial portion of his evil, fetted gray matter.

How long would it take you to prove your citizenship status? An hour, a day, a week, a month, or never? I could do it only because I happened to have recently renewed my passport. Without that, it would be a very lengthy project.

Here's an idea. Let's demand that all the members of the current maladministration prove their status. I am willing to bet at least 1 cent that most of them can't.

Nuremburg would also be the place Nazi filth got dealt with...after being granted humane conditions and due process.

The Soviets had different ideas, but gave in to the other allies.

But Stalin, who loved trials and extravagantly staged some beauties, probably enjoyed the final result.

Speer must have fucked the devil's daughter, because his use of slave labor should have put him at the end of a rope.

The right only loves theoretical children, the ones in the womb. After that they're filthy takers that are just a drag on the system.

Which part of terrorizing marginalized people came as a surprise? They took your gardener, they took your neighbor, I would ask more, but someone is knocking on your door.

Even if we set ethics and morals aside for the sake of a thought experiment, surely the rational libertarians (forgive me, as I said, it's a thought experiment) and strict economics types understand the importance of for example, getting a child with contagious strep to the doctor and treated with antibiotics; the importance of sharing space time with people (regardless of paperwork status) who have basic education that allows them to contribute to the economy eventually, or at the very least, not become a drag on it, etc, etc. Every historical and modern model, study, and lived experience shows that no matter their class or designation, children who are healthy and educated ultimately contribute positively to society, and in net positive economic terms.

Which leads me and all of us back to the simple statement that it was never about the economy. If it were, we'd be reading and commenting on a different article. It is only, always, about racism, full stop. Because of exhaustive studies that belie the actions of the new American Fascist Party, we have no need to expend another mole of neurotransmitters in another thought experiment. They don't care if we run up the deficit, default on our loans, and allow crops to rot in the fields; this is pure, unadulterated fascism, racism, and I'm going to say it truthfully and without hyperbole, Nazism. We have to find a way to convince the mainstream types that we meant what we said in the first administration when we called them wannabe Nazis, and we mean it now, because they're no longer aspirational Nazis, but in full form, with all but the snappy uniforms.

It's not just inhumane, it's a mistake even from a selfish point of view. We are all better as a society if more kids can grow up healthy and have a solid education. And letting kids develop the life-long diseases that poverty increases the risk of imposes a barrier on our system - and we all pay.

“But… But if they are not inferior to us, as demonstrated by poor dentition, nutritional deprivation, lack of educational opportunities, stress-related illnesses, and consequences of unprevented communicable diseases, how then are we to be proven superior?“

I don't buy it, either. We know better.
