This is very similar to making knish. I love knish and sometimes make a massive batch, freeze them, then I have no-cook meals for... maybe 4-5 meals? Which might be all done in 36 hours, but if I can be reasonable lasts for a week.

Knish have their traditional fillings as well, but I've experimented and created a samosa-like filling, a "greek" filling with garlic and feta and spinach all prominent, and even a "Mexican" filling using taco seasonings (the special request of a friend's daughter who loves the taco seasoning that comes in packets from the grocery store more than anything else in the whole world).

Since the outer crust is almost the same except for the shape, I imagine all the same filling ideas would work here.
