Since most of Trump's cabinet is currently of the "acting" variety, Friedman should have done his thought experiment with the current administration and suggested a cabinet made up of people who could get through the Senate's confirmation process without problems, making sure to include all viewpoints from the Bernie Sanders Left to the Mitt Romney Right.
