It's not just Joe, although Joe was plenty Joe. The damage all the press did to Secretary Clinton was just monumental and horrendous.
What they did to Senator Warren was simply to blacklist her, to ignore her, to refuse to acknowledge that she existed at all, except on those occasions when Donald Trump made up a vicious nickname for her, at which point someone would write something peremptory about her unelectability----in the end, the only way she could get the press to talk about her was to announce that she was ending her campaign.
But Hillary? Industrial-strength well poisoning, starting way back in the 1990s, from the moment Bill started his run for the presidency back in the day (back then, before the New York Times hired Jeff Gerth to turn Whitewater into a national scandal, the press, in the absence of anything else to attack her for, attacked her for wearing a headband).
As for 2016, from Dean Baquet's mouth to Mark Halperin's ear: from Maureen Dowd to Matt Lauer: from Andy Lack to Roger Ailes to Les Moonves: around the clock. Endless. Ugly. Horrid. Snickering, smirking: the whole map of the journalism universe basically looked like Mark Halperin's face. That Peter Schweizer stuff the Times ran about the Clinton Foundation (Baquet has brought Schweizer back to "do" the Bidens, but it doesn't have quite the passion, because the Bidens have peni).
The cough, the pantsuit, the voice, the whole nine yards and then another nine.
While I'll give you that Korean bbq is delicious, I can't in good faith say that it's better than the bbq I grew up with. Different, excellent, but not better.
Joe is still a republican at heart. And Hillary Clinton is a formidable woman. So he's been compelled to denigrate and and demonize her cuz that's what they do to any women who makes the mistake of challenging the status quo and who is smart, strong and powerful. I don't watch Joe because I still don't like his politics or his opinions. He's a light weight in my book. And playing nice now doesn't mean shit.
Cable news should come with a warning. Repeated viewing of this programming may result in full blown fascism and the loss of individual freedoms in the United States of America. (*See: One party rule in China)
I find him unwatchable. There is the thinnest hair between him and Chris Matthews in terms of being annoying and speaking over people to hear yourself speak. He never fails to remind us of his glory days in Congress and just comes across as whiny.
And there was much rejoicing.
JoeHairblower gunna get laid tonight!

Fuck the press.
Or go on Twitter or reddit. Or walk down the street. Or be conscious.

Yepper. Were it not for Cheeto’s cracks about Mika’s facelift, they’d have been at Mar-A-Lardo last weekend for Guilfoyle’s birthday bash.
Yes. Joe Scarborough is an asshole.

Why?

Jesus fucking Christ. I can't anymore.

Agreed. Boring show.
"Joe is still a republican at heart" When I read that I flashed for a moment that you were talking about Joe Biden. Why is that?
You're telling me to ignore Morning Joe because he has been kind of an obnoxious asshole, lo, all these years?
That will be a hard goal to attain, since I don't and never have watched him in the first place.
My loss?
