"the incoming Trump administration plans only to make problems worse and more widespread."

Isn't that true of pretty much EVERYTHING?

And the map should definitely show the states in question in RED, not blue.

Do we need to create some kind of Underground Railroad so we can get these people to places where they can get appropriate healthcare? Do we need to do the same for women who live in states with anti-abortion laws?

Ta, Crip Dyke. Our FQHC is welcoming to trans people, but that makes it an outlier in The South Bronx. Between the so-called conservative Catholics and the evangelicals who have made huge inroads among the Hispanics, it's not a good place. IMHO, that makes it a bad place for every human, because trans rights are human rights. Anything less is not acceptable.

It really blows my mind how quickly support for transgender rights flipped on a dime.

One day there was the NC bathroom bill which caused nationwide outrage, brought on economic boycotts of the state and cost Pat McCrory his job as governor. It wasn’t everything transgenders deserve, but at least it was steady and tangible progress.

Then the next day the whole nation seemed to just say “meh, never mind, let’s elect Donald Trump twice.”

Holy fuck I'm a point in that data! Worst medical practice I've ever been to. 0/5, would not recommend.

I made the mistake of listening to 'on shifting ground,' Ray Suarez's podcast, which was hosting Steve Schmidt, former republican operative and co-founder of the Lincoln Project.

the shit coming out of his mouth - calling Joe Biden the most selfish president evar, etc., etc. - detracted from my enjoyment of that fucking omelette :/

According to someone on threads who went to high school with him, everyone (including his mom) favored his popular twin sister. So I’m guessing that’s where his hatred of women came from. He couldn’t even measure up to one that had the same dna. Also he pooped his pants running the mile and no one let him forget it.
