I think this will end up going to the Court again, at least that's what I heard on TV.

Maybe Roberts will straighten out his language. Remember, Sotomayor predicted this would happen.

When does Article 2 join Article 3 to put down Article 1?

Isn't that how it's supposed to work?

Barron Trump’s mom was not a citizen yet when he was born. I understand, however, that Project 2025, which writes most of the EO's, only has revocation of birthright citizenship affect babies born after Feb. 19, 2025, 30 days after the EO was signed. Since fpotus is now completely ignoring SC rulings, or interprets them any way he, or his advisors such as Stephen Miller, state, constitutionality is irrelevant in this fascist regime. .

Next steps is having american citizins dissappeared to those prisons.

Bad news for the private prison industrial complex that makes bank keeping people in home grown incarceration.

Bad news for every single American citizen as well.

They started with the "illegals", and the legal greencard holders. (innocent of any actual crimes)

They are moving on to "criminal citizens".

However since it's quickly becoming illegal to wrongthink against the administration, they'll be ghosting Americans that simply speak out against them soon enough.

This is Natzi Germany shit people.

We have been here before.

At this point, SCOTUS has been reduced to rearranging dickheads on the Titanic.

The fact that this was the completely predictable result of their previous decisions doesn't help at all.

Trump arrests an innocent person and sends him off to prison. No doubt he will lie about the man and say he is a gangster. How long before he lies about you or someone you know and does the same? This is serious sh*t.

Will someone who has taken an oath to defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, please arrest this man. Somebody in the Secret Service. Somebody in the military. Some congressman with an army of DC police. Somebody needs to stop him. This is gone far enough.

Nobody has the balls for impeachment. Apparently. Just sit and watch the death spiral of democracy.

Power structures train us to wait for others to solve the problems because "surely there must be a system in place?" and "[relevant authority] will take care of it, I don't have to do anything".

I know this from personal experience because I was told the local equivalent of the HOA would clean up a rusted out swing a previous tenant left on the shared apartment balcony (more like a long plaza really, imagine a shared balcony where the front door of everyone on your level is but make it five times as wide). This was four months ago. It was already rusting there for at least two months before that. And when I heard that I was already in the process of organizing with a neighbour to arrange pickup and to put it outside, but I dropped the plan because "[relevant authority] will take care of it".

I’m glad I haven’t been involved in a hoa. I’ve contacted my elected representatives trying to stop this. Vey frustrating on both accounts

Around here HOA aren't like they are in the USA. They're usually more apathetic and slow than vindictive and hypercritical.

How about the next time Drew Ensign goes into court and tells the judge to fuck off, the judge tells him to call him boss and tell them he won't be back in the office because he's going to be in jail for contempt.

How about the judge send the Marshals to arrest the lot of them. That is within the judges authority.

I still can't wrap my head around what got him in ICE's crosshairs to begin with. He somehow got arrested for looking for work outside a Home Depot. Like, were he and the other guys approaching exiting customers and asking if they needed a hand on whatever project they were working on? How is this a crime even in America? And why can't he simply be released to the mean streets of El Salvador since he's never committed a crime there either? It's just so fucking maddening. Newsweek says all three children in his household are special needs.

Because his name is Kilmar, which the ICE agent must have heard as "KILL MORE!", therefore GANG.

He was brown, which is more than enough reason in the eyes of ICE and the current fascist racist regime.

When I lived on the border the Border Patrol was a constant presence throughout the city and I would frequently see them stopping people on the streets. I had a high school friend that joined the BP and was stationed in West Texas and he said one of the things that they regularly did was go with local cops to bars on Friday nights and the cops would enter the bars and arrest people for "public intoxication" and then when they took them outside they'd get checked for papers and hauled away by the BP to be deported.

Fun times, at least in those days they weren't sent to prison for life.
