That definition of disgruntled covers almost half the people I have ever worked with. One of my employees started to cut out newspaper articles about workplace shootings and posting them on company bulletin boards. I suspended him for a week [with pay of course] for that one, and I asked him why in Dog's name did he want to work at a place that made him so angry. I left that place a few months later as it was a snakes nest of nasty people on both the management and union side. No shootings though.
