The hilarious irony of last year's election is that Scott Walker was blocked from pushing for a recount by his own sore loser law that he signed into law, which required a vote count difference of 1 percent or more. PA has a Democratic governor as well, I think.
'Happy up to the end' is the best way to remember him, knowing he had a good life with you. Can any of us, or the little ones we bring into our lives, hope for better?
