When I was active many years ago, the Florida law schools taught to the Florida (hard) portion of the Bar Exam and it was purposely difficult to keep out retired nothern lawyers who wanted to have a little law office when they moved to Florida. Particuarly tough nuts: Florida homestead law and municipal finance. You couldn't pass without them. Pass rates for Florida law school grads was high, like 85% to 95%.I never heard of anyone cheating on the Bar. If you were caught, you would kiss your license goodbye.
Starting to think General Ripper was right about the international communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all our precious bodily fluids by putting stuff in the water, but I think it's maybe lead rather than fluoride.
A guy my dad worked with was at 1/6. He got fired from his job because he'd been showing everyone pictures from the event and someone ratted him out to the bosses. They did not want the FBI showing up to pick him up there so out the door he went. I would have called the FBI myself except that my dad wouldn't give me the guy's proper name.
Always good for a snicker from me.I'm super mad that a cursory Google image search of that phrase leaves me with nothing humorous to append to this statement.
Something about "the beating of Rosanne Boyland." We assume this is some wingnut conspiracy theory and we don't feel like googling and learning about it right now. Sorry.
I do like the way you think!
Dumb. As. Paint.
One would hope so, but that letter reminds me of this other famous LE sting op ...

(Bonus points for use of the word “scofflaw”.)

And just as laced with lead.
Nobody bothers to read the directions anymore.

I seriously doubt that…and I expect there is A LOT of cheating.
Which is true of all martyrs.
Is this Clockwork Orange?
Peter Tickletaint.
I'm 14 years old. What can I say?
Don't EVEN get me started on Saint Ashliii of the sacred window.
