Yeah, I'm an old, so I know how tv works. Despite having never had cable when he was growing up, I had a hella time convincing my son that you get tv just by plugging it in. But I got off the airwaves on purpose about a year ago and I almost never miss it. I'd just have fallen asleep anyway!
