right there with you. i'm reading this 10 hours later b/c i kept waking up thinking about what i read yesterday about his death and today the CNN tv in the lobby tells me there is more.
I heard today we provide more than 50% of our own petroleum. Of the foreign oil we get, Saudi Arabia provides about 10%. We could replace 10% in 5 years or less with wind and solar.
Perhaps someone ought to ask Robertson where he stands as regards camels going through the eyes of needles, because as I recall the text, there was once a Jewish preacher who had some very definite opinions on greed and the ultimate destination of those who displayed it.
That charming little quote about how we can overlook a little murder if it brings money into our coffers was very interesting, too. I do hope the payment is in silver, and in multiples of thirty.
Another fun fact: Back in the '90s, Spy Magazine sent out checks for $1.11 from The National Refund Center or some other anodyne name to fifty of the richest and best-known people in New York. If someone cashed it, they'd send out another check for 64 cents. If that got cashed, they'd send one out for 25 cents. The final round was a check for 13 cents. About half of the people cashed the first one, but the numbers dropped fast after that. The only two people who cashed their 13-cent checks: Adnan Khashoggi and Donald Trump.
Can I get an AMEN?
Oh, yes, that's a good one, I'll vote for that.
Mr. Khashoggi’s last column is so poignant. Now one of the 15 member death squad is dead under suspicious circumstances. There will be others.
I'll see your Red Scorpion and raise you an Invasion USA and Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.
...wait, what game are we playing again?
hugs?

i am about to go to bed again.
Now those people who were LIVID that Obama ordered the death of Anwar al-Alwaki. What do you have to say about how Trump handled this?
I like HateCulters.

Was Khashoggi even a practicing Muslim?
is that before or after the hertz donut?
(citation?-not disputing, just interested)

Thank you, Stephen. I only read Khashoggi a few times, but I'm plenty bummed out. His poor fiancee, waiting for him to come out with the documents.
The original version was by an Atlanta band called The Brains. Like the blurb says, the whole album was pretty good.
