My own *theory* -- and it's *only* a theory, I freely admit that I have no actual evidence/proof to back it up -- is that it/they is/are one or several Russian agitprop experts who is/are working with at least one actual American. (Whose job it is to make sure that postings sound "authentic" by not letting cultural and language errors creep in.)
How difficult do you think it was for everyone involved, from the nursing home to the cops to the reporters to keep from using the phrase "dazed and confused"?

This is a quality that can’t be learned; it’s either something you have or you don’t, and man, she’s got it.
