Spiro is not licensed to practice law in Texas, and the entire deposition from March is now public record because he fucked up so badly. And the judge's daughter is not his spouse. She is not even a person the judge has publicly expressed a desire to date were she not his daughter. The judge, after all, is not Donald Trump, a circumstance for which, if he's a devout man, he probably gives thanks to his Maker.
So the judge is going to be influenced by his daughter's job because if PAB is in jail the Democrats will give her more money? Run that one by me again?

Let's say the PAB gets his wish and a new judge is appointed. The evidence against him won’t change. So what will happen besides him still pissing and moaning as the new judge also ruled against his frivolous motions?
