When my work friend wanted to move his driving license from his native PR to his home in NY, I helped him at the DMV's website, and made sure to register him to vote Democratic.

In the last 4 years I have reread '1984' about 4 times. I have noticed little difference between the book and reality and each day that goes by the differences decrease.

Almost every damned thing is fixable. These anti mail in voting folks keep shouting 'it may fail', 'fraud', 'late count'. Like all conservatives, they feel their mission is done if they point out a problem....they never bring a solution.

The venality is obvious. The elderly in Florida who vote for Trump need their mail in. In areas where it won't go for Trump, no mail in. Makes perfect sense to our developing country style dictatorial corrupt regime.

Mail-in voting in Florida is FINE, because they never count the votes from all of the blue districts, anyway.
