I am not an attorney, but I don't understand how this "agreement" could be enforced. A legally binding contract must include compensation for both parties. What is the compensation received by a "volunteer?"
Consideration has to be present, not compensation. Consideration is an ephemeral thing that has no size — if I give you half a hot dog for your forty million dollar house and you agree, then there's consideration on both sides.
