All my friends in medicine say they're rationing and reusing N95s, and the guidelines keep changing to say they need less to be "in compliance". And they're starting to get sick: one woman I know is currently home quarantined with her baby after testing positive (the baby wasn't tested but is also sick). She was assigned to a covid unit with one surgical mask.
