If it helps, there may be a lot people polled like me: In a recent YouGov poll I got, I said I thought Trump was going to win. I'm depressed like that and don't want to be optimistic. But I'm also a solid "Vote Blue No Matter Who" voter who has NEVER missed voting -- even in primaries -- for the past 50-something years. And especially this year. I'm even a registered early voter and will send my vote in early -- just in case I croak before November.
My response to this is "of course he did", not "shocking!" We already know the man is vile, and that he has no empathy, and that he does not view anyone as a person other than himself.
