Didn't the WSJ report on some of this back in 2016 during the campaign? Am I remembering that correctly? I distinctly recall reading about how the Trump campaign were spending money on anti-Hillary ads in the Florida Haitian community, and also targeting young women and Bernie Bros. But, I can't locate the article.
