I hate him due to my irrational hatred of people with giant heads.

I don't hate Tom Brady or the Patriots for trying to gain an unfair advantage. I hate them for trying to gain an unfair advantage <em>in a situation where they didn't need it</em>. They hung 17 on the Colts using the "underinflated" balls. They hung 28 more on them when the refs swapped out those footballs with proper ones.

You know who loves to gain an unfair advantage for the hell of it, just to twist the knife a little more about how they are great and you suck eggs? <b>Conservatives</b>

Watergate? What's that? Oh, just another of those stupid "-gate" scandals, I guess.

No shit. We hated the football guys - all entitled and up in your face testosterone junkies, demanding respect but giving none. That said, I will now perform a 180 cuz I love me some Tom B.

I'm a believer in experiments - which have been done, twice: <a href="https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch\?v=CxsXFX3tDpg" target="_blank">" rel="nofollow noopener" title="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxsXFX3tDpg">https://www.youtube.com/wat... <a href="https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch\?v=_Gd0kGhIcF4" target="_blank">" rel="nofollow noopener" title="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Gd0kGhIcF4">https://www.youtube.com/wat...

<i>"It’s a larger liberal war against success, based on the sentiments expressed by the senior senator in the Pats’ home state, Elizabeth Warren, and then later repeated more pithily by Barack Obama.</i>"

So the Brady-hating originates in Massachusetts???????????WTF?????? I'm pretty sure it's coming from other states. Where people are fucking nuts about football, and hate liebrul eastern elites (like Brady).

Conservatards like Antle gives merely brain-damged people a bad name.

You'd think there would have been a greater impact on the game if global warming made his balls sticky instead.

Yes, especially throughout the second half of Sunday's AFC Championship game, when New England outscored Indianapolis <b>28-0</b> while using Indy's game balls.

Back when they were rival leagues the AFL and the NFL used footballs that differed in shape, length, circumference and inflation pressure. The first Super Bowl in 1967 was played prior to the two leagues' merger, and during the preparations the two never settled on which league's footballs would be used in the game. Thus the Green Bay Packers played using the NFL ball when they were on offense, and the Kansas City Chiefs used the AFL ball for their offensive drives. The first championship was contested with two different game balls.

In the present day the Packers use game balls that are different from those used by their opponents. They are different because they are <i>over</i>-inflated, which is done because Aaron Rodgers likes them that way. This means that Green Bay is in violation of the same rule that New England is being accused of violating since the inflation pressure (and weight) of the Packers ball is outside of the NFL rulebook's specs. (The amount of air pumped into it affects the ball's weight.) But I have yet to hear any news reports of <b>Ballghazi II, the Wisconsin edition. </b>

(A 2006 rule change allowed each team in a game to use its own footballs, which it can "tune" to suit its starting quarterback as long as they still meet the league's specs. Balls used for kicking plays are treated differently though; they are prepared and tended by the game officials.)

A ball inflation discrepancy is a minor rule infraction in the NFL, punishable by the imposition of a $25,000 fine on the team involved. To put this in perspective, a player in one of last Sunday's games was assessed a $20,000 fine by the league for publicly "adjusting" his cup in the end zone after scoring a touchdown. All of the noise surrounding "Deflategate" concerns a trivial infraction of a technical rule that was alleged to have occurred during only the first half of the game. The Patriots totally dominated the Colts in every aspect of that game, so the use of underinflated footballs in the first half did not factor in their victory.

I don't like Tom Brady because he does not play for my team. I guess the new republicans don't care about loyalty anymore.
