Uh-Huh Files: Silly (String) Laws in Los Angeles
TheLos Angeles Daily Newsis outraged over a recent debate at City Hall, and asks the question:
"Will we see hundreds of small children being hauled away in handcuffs?"
They're talking about a proposal to ban Silly String in L.A. City limits. After all, it's not like there aren't more important things our government can be doing, like fighting terrorism or banning ass-fucking.
