It occurs to me that the Mississippi Division of USA, Inc. has consistently underperformed since its inception and has never once turned a profit. Perhaps it should be shut down and replaced with a Puerto Rico Division.

In fairness Fauci has been wrong from time to time in his career. That comes with the job of dealing often with entirely new pathogens like HIV and novel corona viruses (new is even in that last name).
But what Fauci and other scientists do is change their minds when they learn more about the novel pathogen. Contrast that with Navarro and Moore who have been wrong about almost literally everything they pontificate on. Moore is pretty much batting .1000 on wrong, while Navarro did at least send his memo early on raising at least yellow flags. So he is batting average on wrong maybe .950. That is still a very impressive average of wrong.
Watching the GOP actions to try and “beat” the pandemic, is truly on the same scale of watching the Washington Generals vs. the Harlem Globetrotters.
