There is a goat farm nearby and when we pass it in the spring with the goats outside I make high pitched noises in gleeful tones. Love 'em. Also learned at the art exhibit "Bad Girls- sin depicted as women" that goats = lust.
There's a roadside attraction in Tiger, GA called goats on the roof. The gimmick is that there are goats, and that they are on the roof. Don't stand near the edge. JUST DON'T.
so the "status report" filed by DOJ today in the case of the guy deported to El Salvador included a sort of transcript from the Trump/Bukele meeting yesterday. I would be embarassed to have this shit written out in actual words if I were TFG.
"On Monday night, the crowd at Nampa’s Ford Idaho Center was at full capacity of 12,500, the Idaho Capital Sun reported, as Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez attacked the economic damage caused by the Trump administration and championed universal healthcare.
The night before, they spoke to a crowd of 20,000 to the south in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Buchenwald was near Weimar, deep in Germany, Sachsenhausen and Falkensee were in Greater Berlin, and Dachau was only ten miles from Munich. They were in Germany proper, even Auschwitz isn’t really that far from Germany.
Isn't it surprising how many things "Christians" will claim can "make" you gay?
"No, no, I never, ever, ever felt any attraction to other men before, it was *totally* [ obviously made up reason ] that *forced* me to feel that way! I swear!"
If making insecure dudes think they'll catch the gay is what it takes to finally get rid of those airport scanners, I'm fine with it. Now can they say walking through the airport barefoot is kinda gay, too? I'm tired of being the only country where we do that nonsense.
Once I almost caused a fuss with the TSA people after watching a young couple who had just gone through stuggling to put shoes back on their 4-year-old. Somehow I stfu; I guess I really wanted to catch that flight. The height of ridiculousness.
I have seen this shit circulating amongst the right as some sort of "gotcha". This is my response I've yet to post but maybe I am truly insane at this point:
I have seen this clip and others of a longer speech circulated as a "gotcha" to own the libs. The word tariff is mentioned once in this minute and twenty seconds and from that mention, the extrapolation is, that Bernie, if given the Presidency, would have done the exact same tariffs as Trump. This is the bad faith argument of Fox News and other propagandists.
Bernie, like most sane people, has talked about tariffs repeatedly as but one tool to be wielded with precision.
In this brief mention, Bernie doesn't claim that he would tariff countries, or try to build reciprocal tariffs, nor even gets into specifics.
However, the clinging of the right to the phrase "we don't need tariffs" after he says, "we need not to worry about manufacturing" somehow insinuates that Bernie would use this economic tool the exact same way as Trump, when in this SAME CLIP, he talks about PRODUCTS and PARTS coming into the US and if you can insinuate or extrapolate any specifics, you should understand that Bernie meant he would tariff specific products and parts, not "oh everything from China". You cannot make that argument.
Tariffs on specific goods that American manufacturers are able to already produce domestically CAN be beneficial, but they have to be well targeted and well planned in an effort to encourage American businesses to keep jobs in America.
Nowhere in this particular clip can anyone reasonably extrapolate Bernie would place tariffs on COUNTRIES or calculate these theoretical tariffs based on trade deficits, especially with countries that don't have the means to make up such deficits, as Trump has recklessly done.
Bernie has been against the idea of unregulated trade for years. He opposed NAFTA, he opposed USMCA, just to name a couple trade agreements he was and remains against. He wasn't fully correct on his opposition in the long run but he has not shifted his view of a "fair trade" world instead of a "free trade" world.
To use this short clip and other edits of the same floor speech to then claim Bernie's use of tariffs would somehow be the same as what's happening now is quite unreal. This is not some ideological shift "gotcha".
I have struggled to locate a single Bernie speech that advocates for tariffs on countries over products and parts, any speech or writing that advocates for tariffs based on trade deficits, or anything similar to what the GOP is tolerating from a lunatic who has no understanding of anything.
I don't care if clicking through causes the FTFNYT to send a Michelin star chef to my house to make fucking chicken soup, not going to happen. I do not understand why links to that site - regardless of why - get posted here. It's not the only place one can find that recipe.
Even these baby goats would be more careful with national trophies. Also though they’d still try to eat them. Source attribution here: https://open.substack.com/pub/martiniambassador/p/the-boundless-energy-of-kids

I love baby goats. I'm hooked on baby goat videos - especially if they are wearing pajamas - my current favorite home attire.
The feet, the ears, the squishy faces!
The flannel!
The waggy tails.
The flannel!

That's some art history for ya.
"Sheep go to heaven
Goats go to hell"
Well that’s going to be stuck in my head now
Luv goats. Thanks Martini.
Can't go wrong with babby goats in the morning.
All that kidding around!
(I had to make the kid joke as nobody else has)
I don't get it.
Stop kidding around!
I don't get it.

Al Johnson's Restaurant in Door County, WI, too!
https://aljohnsons.com/
There's a similar, very frolicsome establishment on Vancouver Island, on the way to the wild western shore.
Because sometimes (aka every day) life just requires a frolicsome establishment.
Butttttttttt
I couldn't completely enjoy watching all these baby goats as I kept looking for Kritsi Noem in the background.
Goats is irresistible!
Butt, butt, butt, sheeps!
I like small butts and I cannot lie.
A morning with Babby Goats is a beautiful morning!
Babby goats are the GOAT.
Goaties! They love jumping up on things to show us how athletic (and cute) they are.
Goaties!
It's gonna take a lot of pain before America puts a woman in the White House. A real awful freaking LOT!
I flew 350,000 miles in one year and I still like the ladies.

F'ing hell. I think Trump needs an ESL class.

Seriously, I think Garcia is dead and they don't want to admit it.
They do get better at lying with a straight face every day.
