Voting Reform Panel Ponders That Thing on Fund's Lip
Yesterday, we had an imaginary conversation with WSJ columnist John Fund before he testified at the Commission on Federal Election Reform. It went like this:
JOHN: Do you think if I wear this tie made out of an old jukebox panel, no one will notice this thing on my lip?
US: Does the tie actually light up and play music?
JOHN: No.
US: Try to sit next to a stacked lady. That might help.
