Nothing like a little week-before-the-election chaos. In Georgia, where activists say that some 40,000 newly registered voters' names do not yet appear on the state's database, a judge denied a petition Tuesday requesting that the secretary of state take immediate action to process those missing voters. Judge Christopher Brasher of the Fulton County Superior Court
Time for registration to be handled at the federal level. all of this bullshit goes away if your registration is online, FOR LIFE, and the only reason you ever have to go online again once you have been verified a qualified voter would be to update your address. Eliminates the need for IDs and addresses all the phony red herring dead voting BS excuses the GOP has for blocking increasing voting participation. State and local BOE officeS can pull down and print their poll lists the morning of the election. GOTV workers can stand on someone's front porch and let the citizen logon (or help them set up an account) and check whether they are currently registered in the correct precinct and where they should go to vote if they want to vote in person or help them request a mail in ballot.
VOTING IS A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT. IF I CAN PAY MY FUCKING TAXES ONLINE, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO REGISTER ONLINE! STATES SHOULDN'T HAVE A SAY IN WHETHER I AM REGISTERED TO VOTE. PERIOD.
Oh and EVERYONE is required to register when they turn 18. Just like selective service. You don't have to exercise your right to vote, but you damn well have to register. One and done.
"We processed all the forms, honest!"
"Ok, what do you mean by 'processed,' exactly?"
"We shredded them. They were for Democrats, after all!"
"You shredded them! You didn't enter them into the system?"
"What, is that no longer the right way? DAMN OBAMA!!"
If history is any guide, the dumpsters in the neighborhood of the county clerk's office bear looking into.
But not in Georgia.
Flaw in your plan -- it would have to be implemented by the Georgia Secretary of <strike>Jim Crow</strike>State.
<strong>Judge Brasher:</strong> I&#039;ll hear nunn of this . . .
I&#039;ve got the lighter fluid
<i>Or maybe you just don&#039;t exist. Can you prove it?</i>
I vote, therefore I am
and yet it&#039;s crickets from all those GOP feces flingers who constantly fret about election fraud
If we let everyone vote, election day wouldn&#039;t be as dramatic.
The real question is, how long ago did they order the Marines to abandon the Benghazi Four, huh? Can you tell me that?
These &quot;allegedly&quot; &quot;registered&quot; &quot;voters&quot; probably don&#039;t even know where Obama was born.
The late Christopher Brasher - a runner Judge Christopher Brasher - a running joke.
<i>Maybe we need to take photographs of our voter registration forms before submitting them to the state or county.</i>
Photor Voter &#039;16.
Huh. Instead being killed with votes the votes were killed. Ironic no?

I read about this yesterday. It makes me so mad I cannot even try to snark.
