OT but:

"Noem has installed a former political aide, Madison Sheahan, to be the agency’s deputy director, a position typically held by veteran ICE officials. Sheahan, 28, formerly ran the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries but has little experience in law enforcement. Some ICE officers have nicknamed her “fish cop.”

The Atlantic, article about ICE personnel being miserable.

Noem credits “God” with saving hundreds and hundreds of lives. Yet, aren’t torrential rains and flash floods known as “acts of God?” Seems Noem has the assignment of credit and blame all wrong.

Dozens of cadaver dogs were active in Kerr County before Noem authorized search and rescue teams.

Yes, we are hard wired to help each other, that's why we created FEMA. That's why we have fire fighters, that's why USAID was created.

Sweet Jesus, that monster with blown-out hair just bragged about her response to the crisis; something something about hugs and photo ops, she may as well have tossed paper towels at them.

Cadaver dogs got there before she let search and rescue teams in.

No keen insight this, but have you all noticed that Everything Sir says, thinks, evaluates, posits, claims, worries over, rubs, strokes, drools, dreams, covets, is either expressed as 1) money or 2) as gold, which is like money?

I'm subjected to Fox at the gym. I try to ignore it , but sometimes you have to watch, like a train wreck. They're trying to blame cloud seeding for this disaster using their well established "just asking questions " ruse.

It's not the only news channel there; there's also CNN and MSNBC. I just glance over occasionally to Fox to see what those liars are up to.

That's an easy one. Don't bother.

trumpy may not send any FEMA aid to Texas. He'll just talk about it. That's what his minions judge him on anyway: words, not actions.

Trump doesn't 'like' FEMA because Alex Jones and Laura Loomer told him that it's a (((deep state))) plot to steal White People's land and take their guns.
