Also got pane Italiano from wegs (yes, they use the Italian because wegs) and will roughly cube/tear and dry in the oven. I can't remember who said that stale bread is stale and dried bread is dried. Some smart cook.
Making two dressings, one veg and one w the real stock and maybe chorizo? I'm not sure how I'll manage that. I'm cooking at home and bringing to the Olds. Mashed potatoes will be riced and done up w all the cream and butter and transported in the crockpot.
Pops is doing a turkey breast which I think is a mistake, hence my making of the gravy ahead.
