I have read your comment a couple of times and it occurs to me that cops who routinely work two jobs may be putting citizens (and themselves) in danger. It's hard for anyone to work multiple jobs, however, most people do not carry weapons on their day job. There should be a disincentive for cops to routinely work more than one job because they need good judgment. If you're overtired, you're not sharp and your judgment suffers.
