For the record my wife and I replaced ourselves with two lovely children when in our 30s and then I quickly got a vasectomy. We also have converted our house so that it is almost NetZero. We drive one electric vehicle and I ride my bike to work daily. Instead of mining or pulling fossil fuels out of the ground I actually use my geology degree to help the environment. I think we're doing our part. But I guess that's not good enough for D.F.

If he has cognitive deficits, then transfer him to an adult facility when he turns twenty two (so that he get the education that he would be entitled to if he was, indeed, cognitively impaired).
