What's Bothering Bill Frist?

Why does he always look like he wants to choke someone -- or maybe someone's cat ?

We realize that Senator Frist is frustrated by people not seeing "the real Bill Frist" -- you know, the Terri-Schiavo-diagnosing doctor, not the deal-making politician. But can that really be responsible for engendering so much anger in this man?
