The ruling today is a reduced fee for his Bond Appeal just to be able to fight the $464 million verdict. The full Appeals Court will determine if the verdict is fair. He owes the $175 million reduction of the Bond within 10 days and he still faces the verdict. I believe the Appeals Court should uphold the Judge's verdict, though IF he can pay today's $175 million it might reduce the $464 million verdict.
