Wait, isn't the Justice Department arguing in a different case that Trump's libeling a woman in regards to her suit accusing him of rape can't be pursued because he said it as President? So does this ruling mean that case can go forward because the White House doesn't consider what he says to be official?
He can squeeze it in between making DC a state and expanding the Supreme Court. Need to get those out of the way so everything else isn't fucked by the Roberts Court of Couriers.
